How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are prepared by hand.
Shipping time depends on the order, it usually takes 1-3 business days to process the order, another 2-4 business days for delivery by the courier.
* Personalized and custom orders may take up to 5 business days additionally.
How can I treat my leather item?
The leather should be maintained with special wax periodically.You can confidently follow your recommendations indicated in Product Care.

How can I return or exchange the bag?
RETURN: Please contact us within: 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
* We can't accept returns for personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
EXCHANGE: We allow exchanges for non-personalized and non-used items. If you need to exchange it, send us an email or contact us here for the complete guide.
