Please allow 1-3 working days for order preparation, plus the time for delivery by the courier.

Personalized items

We may need up to 3 working days additional to personalize your item.

Outside deliveries of U.S & EU

Standard deliveries to countries outside the United States and Europe can take up to 6 business days.

We have selected the most reliable couriers we work with. UPS, DHL and Fedex are the most used for international deliveries.

Taxes & Duties

No additional fees or any type of taxes for all US and EU customers.

Exchanges

You have 30 days to exchange your non-personalized and unused item. If you would like to exchange your item for another from our shop, please email us at help@pamporaleather.com for the complete guide.

Gift returns

If your loved one doesn't like the (non-personalized) gift, it can be easily exchanged for another item from our shop or for a refund. All you need is to contact us at customer@pamporaleather.com to arrange the exchange or return.
