Absolutely beautiful handbag; chic and sophisticated. The engraving makes it unique to me which I cherish. With the exception of the new leather smell, it’s perfect. Ladies, everything can fit in this bag; laptop, iPad, wallet, makeup bag, glasses, sunglasses and your other everyday items. To get rid of leather smell, I locked the bag in a cupboard with ground coffee for a few days and that did the trick. The seller took a few days longer than advertised but when it arrived, I truly appreciated the time spent on its perfection. I totally recommend.

The customer service is brilliant. Although I have carelessly selected a wrong address before the delivery, I requested to change it back and Adele did help me to change back the address!
